We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Marketing & Customer Relations Officer

Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Industries: IT Services and IT Consulting
Direct Report: Business Manager
Projected Resumption Date: Not later than August 2026.

Role Summary

• Customer Relations Management and Marketing functions at the Ibadan Branch.

Key Accountabilities
Customer Relations Management Functions:

• Sustain and improve on Brand reputation.
• Manage CRM functions.
• Supervise the collection, collation and analysis of Prospects and Customers data for informed marketing decision making.

Marketing Management Functions:

• Territory's Marketing and Sales Goals/ Objectives.
• Support the actualisation of the set
• Support lead generation and conversion process to achieve S/N1 above.

Experience and Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or any Social Sciences field with at least 2/2 from an approved Tertiary Institution.
• Also open to individuals who have just recently completed NYSC or are looking for PPA.
• Generic understanding of the Nigerian ICT Education Sector.
• Job Location: Must be Resident in Ibadan (Challenge Road Axis preferably).
• A minimum of 1 year of proven experience in Marketing and Customer Relations Management in a corporate environment.
